I always knew I had a gift for business and leadership. All throughout grade school, I had to be in charge. Back then, it was about the title, not the impact, but deep down, I always knew I was meant to be at the top…

Before college, influence came close but never quite within reach. I was always one vote away from being president or captain. I carried the frustration of knowing I was capable, yet constantly being overlooked.

By the time I entered university at Claflin University, I was done waiting. People told me to take it slow, but rejection had made me bold. From my freshman year, I pursued leadership positions with fire. And this time, it wasn’t just about titles, it was about proving I could lead through execution. I became Class President my first two years, and then went for Miss Claflin University, the campus queen pageant. That role changed me. I started my first college organization called “Encourage Me Sis” where I hosted weekly meetings with campus ladies wanting to grow deeper in their faith. I organized major events, represented the student body, and for the first time, it became clear: my calling wasn’t just to lead, it was to influence and empower women.

After graduation, I dove into my career with Chick-fil-A which had actually started in 2012 as my first job and maintained this career util 2021. I traveled the country opening new restaurants, training leadership, and writing mini-business plans for owners on how to scale their vision. Without formal guidance, I developed training manuals, workshops, and strategies that boosted profitability and shaped strong leadership teams. Overnight, I became a pro at scaling profitability and leadership development. I was thriving, yet restless.

LIVING BY FAITH… 

that hunger led me to move to the UK in 2025. Here, I found the perfect collision of my passions: leadership, business, strategy, and purpose. I stepped into a consulting role as the Chief Operating Officer at a startup in the healthcare space, bringing all my gifts in scaling businesses, building systems, developing leaders, and empowering women into alignment. I scaled that company to grow 1,873% during the time I was there, blowing profitability numbers out of the water. 

My story is proof that every rejection, every failure, and every false start was shaping me for this moment. I wasn’t created to fit in a box, I was created to internationally consult, speak, author, and lead. My life is about refusing to play small and fit in spaces you are too big for. And now, I am here to help women, just like me, stop playing small and boldly live the purpose they were created for.
